Dr Michael Wines

Dr Michael Wines is a fully qualified urologist and a member of Sydney Urological Associates. His areas of particular interest include complex stone disease, endoscopic and laparoscopic urology. He also offers a broad range of general urological services. Growing up on the North Shore of Sydney, he attended school at Knox. His medical training was undertaken at the University of Newcastle and completed in 1995. He began his surgical training at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in 1997. After completing four years of general surgical training he commenced urology in 2001 and then obtained his Fellowship in 2004. He is the first NSW Urologist to undertake an approved two year fellowship through the International Endourology Society. This involved both clinical and academic work undertaken for 12 months each at St George Hospital, Sydney and The Scottish Lithotriptor Centre, Edinburgh, Scotland. During this time he worked as a clinical fellow with Dr David Trolley, studying advanced stone disease and upper tract laparoscopy. Dr Wines is available to see patients at WiSE Specialist Emergency Clinic in Macquarie Park.
Dr. Ruba Haddad

Dr. Ruba Haddad is a clinical Cardiologist and advanced heart failure and transplantation specialist. She has interests in familial cardiomyopathies, inherited arrhythmias, heart failure, pulmonary hypertension and aortopathies. After obtaining a cardiology fellowship, Dr Haddad pursued an electrophysiology and pacing fellowship followed by clinical genetics training with a focus on inherited arrhythmia. She then spent two years in Canada pursuing a clinical and research fellowship in advanced heart failure and transplantation. During her time in Canada, Dr Haddad also trained in inherited arrhythmia and gained experience in pulmonary hypertension.

Dr. Erick Fuentes

Dr Fuentes completed FRACS training in General Surgery through the John Hunter Hospital in 2011.He received subspecialty training in Breast Oncologic Surgery at the Westmead Breast Cancer Institute in 2012.
He received further training in acute, general and trauma surgery at Liverpool Hospital in 2013.Erick brings experience in the latest therapeutic and diagnostic techniques for the treatment of breast disease.In particular, oncoplastic breast surgery that aims, in a multidsiplinary setting, at removing breast cancer while preserving or reconstructing the natural shape of the breast.
Other sklls include diagnostic breast ultrasound and implant based single and two-stage breast reconstruction following mastectomy.
Dr Jayesh Parikh

Dr Jayesh Parikh completed his FRACP Neurology at Bankstown Hospital NSW Australia. His interests include Parkinsons’ Disease and Parkinsonism, Dystonias and other hyperkinetic movement disorders, Ataxia and Tics. He also has an interest in limb Botox related to spasticity, dystonias, facial spasm and cervical dystonias. Dr Jay Parikh is a neurologist trained at Royal North Shore Hospital, Sydney. He did a fellowship in Movement disorders and also gained extensive exposure in neurophysiology. He consults in general neurology including headache, stroke, multiple sclerosis and epilepsy. He holds expertise in the management of movement disorders such as Parkinsonism, Dystonia, Tic disorder, tremors, Chorea and other movement disorders. He is experienced in Deep brain stimulation programming for Parkinsonism treatment.
