Reece graduated from Australian Catholic University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science Degree and completed the Master of Physiotherapy Degree at Sydney University, graduating in 2015.

Reece was accepted into the Royal North Shore Hospital’s New Graduate Allocation Program in 2016, where he gained invaluable experience in a variety of areas. This allowed Reece to gather extensive knowledge from Senior Physiotherapists as well as work closely with Orthopaedic Surgeons. Reece has a special interest in Hand Therapy after spending a year in the specialised Hand Therapy Unit at Royal North Shore Hospital.

Reece is passionate about Physiotherapy as he has experienced a considerable number of injuries including 2 ACL reconstructions, 6 should dislocations, 1 shoulder reconstruction and 1 hand reconstruction. These experiences have helped shaped the way Reece assesses and treats his patients.

In 2022, Reece completed his qualification in managing Scoliosis from the Barcelona Scoliosis Physical Therapy School. This allows Reece to assess and treat scoliosis in children, adolescents, and adults with the aim of improving their quality of life, preventing curve progression, and avoiding surgery.

In 2022, Reece completed his Physio Bike Fit course under the guidance of Paul Visentini. Paul has previously worked with Cycling Australia and professional Cycling teams such as Lotto.

Reece is currently completing his Title of Sports Physiotherapy through the Australian Physiotherapy Association.

Reece loves to keep fit by competing in triathlons and playing touch football at a high level. You may catch him on the weekends running or cycling out to West Head.
